Research has shown that patients who receive mental health care through telehealth have outcomes that are as good as those who go to in-person appointments. Furthermore, some evidence suggests that telehealth may be more effective for some people in the long-term. This may be because it’s easier to access and keep up with over time. It is super convenient – for our virtual appointments just find a private space, a cozy chair and be ready to chat!
